Keeping Women Strong

KWS – Keeping Women Strong is a women-only gym focused on strength training, health and confidence for women 40 and over. I worked very closely with the client, particularly the founder Helen Frost, to bring her very specific vision to life, from the tone and layout to the imagery and copy. The design emphasises strength, community and empowerment, using clean, structured layouts and motivational visuals. Every detail from the colour palette to the content was tailored to align with her brand, creating a supportive, no-judgement space where women can build muscle, bone strength and self-esteem at their own pace.
