Mr Sheen Rebrand

Design Problem

The design challenge was to rebrand Mr Sheen into a fresh, modern surface cleaner that appeals to a younger audience while maintaining some brand familiarity. The goal was to move away from the association with furniture polish and create a new identity that communicates cleaning, protection and eco-friendly values.

Concept Development

The new Sheen It concept introduces an adorable gecko mascot that replaces the old suited man. The gecko’s expressive face and playful energy reflect the brand’s new fun, approachable personality while linking back to nature and sustainability. The bowtie around its neck serves as a subtle nod to the original branding, preserving recognition through a clever visual connection.

Design Solution

The Sheen It logo was created using rounded bold fonts with a textured, natural feel to reflect both modernity and approachability. Fresh green tones highlight the eco-friendly message, while the gecko mascot ties everything together with a fun, memorable identity. The result is a brand that feels clean, youthful and full of character.
