Absinthe Bottle
Packaging | Branding

Design Problem
The design problem was to create a front and back label for Anais Absinthe that reflected the luxurious and mysterious qualities of the product. The client requested that the A and S in Anais be typographic focal points, adding a unique visual identity. The challenge was to balance elegance, clarity and creativity while producing a label that could be applied seamlessly to the bottle.
Concept Development
The project involved creating a full 3D bottle mock from scratch using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Dimension. Illustrator was used to refine the label graphics, while Photoshop helped manipulate textures and colour. In Dimension, I applied realistic lighting and materials to present the bottle as a high-end, polished product. The final design combines elegant typography, decorative motifs and rich rendering to create a visually striking and luxurious packaging solution.
Design Solution
I developed a logo combining flower-like forms and flowing lines to create a graceful, feminine aesthetic. A golden moth motif was incorporated on the front to symbolise transformation and the alluring qualities of absinthe. I explored how typography, colour and ornamental graphics could work together to convey sophistication and mystique, refining multiple iterations before settling on the final design.
